报酬递增是城乡收入扩大和地区发展不平衡的重要原因，而城乡统筹能力一定程度上影响着报酬递增的程度。研究发现，不同省份的城乡收入水平、城乡产业规模、城乡市场规模和城乡贷款规模显著地影响了1985～2008年各省份城乡商贸统筹能力，进而使得城乡商贸统筹能力产生地域分异；在城乡商贸统筹能力地域分异的形成过程中，收入和贷款具有替代性。当前影响城乡商贸统筹最重要的因素是收入和贷款的城乡差距和地区差距，因此缩小商贸统筹地区差异的根本途径是提高落后地区和农村居民的收入水平和贷款。

Increasing return causes urban-rural income gap and regional economic divergence , and the market size deter-mines the scope of increasing returns .This paper finds that the income level the scale of scale , the market size and the loans size jointly shape the development capacity of rural and urban business in China＇s provinces from 1985 to 2008 .There are al-ternative between income and loans during the formation and evolution of the co -ordination urban and rural business .Howev-er, it is the most important two factors impacting the co-ordination of urban and rural business that are the urban-rural in-come gap and regional disparities at the current , Therefore, the fundamental way to narrow the regional differences and ur-ban and rural gap of the business and trade should improve the income levels of rural and backward regional residents .
