智力与能力是指成功地解决某种问题(或完成任务)且表现出良好适应性的个性心理特征。智能的个体差异主要表现在发展水平、发展方式、组成类型、表现范围上,智能具有不同的结构分类。从智能培养的角度看,概括是思维的首要特性,培养思维品质是发展智力与能力的突破口,发展学生的逻辑思维能力是思维发展与培养的目标。从学科能力的角度看,某学科的特殊能力是该学科能力的最直接体现,一切学科能力都要以概括能力为基础,某学科能力的结构,应有思维品质参与。强调学科能力模型在教育系统运作中的地位,学科能力模型是影响教育标准制定的核心环节。

Intelligence and ability refers to the psychological characteristics of personality when a certain problem (or a task) is solved successfully and shows good adaptability, From the general concept of inteUigence, this paper elaborates its individual differences mainly in the development level, development pattern, types, performance scope, and different structure classifications of intelligence. It proposed three views that generalization is the main feature of thinking, training of thinking quality is the key to the development of intelligence and ability, and development of students' ability of logical thinking is the target of thinking development and training from the angle of intelligent cultivation; it also puts forward three views that the special ability of a subject is the most direct manifestation, the subject ability should be based on generalization ability, and a subject ability should involve thinking quality. It also emphasizes the importance of subject ability model in the education system operation, that is, subject ability model is the core link of education standards establishment.
