教师是教学的主体,但教学不是教师的个人行为,过分夸大教师在教学中的作用,就会导致教学的主观主义。现实教学中的主观主义主要表现为经验主义教学、教条主义教学和情意主义教学。教师只有充分认识到主观主义教学的存在及其危害,才能够获得一种自我唤醒和解放的意识,生成健全的主体人格,从而改变当下主观主义教学的存在状态。
教師是教學的主體,但教學不是教師的箇人行為,過分誇大教師在教學中的作用,就會導緻教學的主觀主義。現實教學中的主觀主義主要錶現為經驗主義教學、教條主義教學和情意主義教學。教師隻有充分認識到主觀主義教學的存在及其危害,纔能夠穫得一種自我喚醒和解放的意識,生成健全的主體人格,從而改變噹下主觀主義教學的存在狀態。
교사시교학적주체,단교학불시교사적개인행위,과분과대교사재교학중적작용,취회도치교학적주관주의。현실교학중적주관주의주요표현위경험주의교학、교조주의교학화정의주의교학。교사지유충분인식도주관주의교학적존재급기위해,재능구획득일충자아환성화해방적의식,생성건전적주체인격,종이개변당하주관주의교학적존재상태。
Teacher is the main body of teaching, but teaching is not the individual behavior of teachers. Exaggerating the role of teachers in the teaching would lead to the subjectivism of teaching. At present, the main performances of subjectivist teaching are empiricism, dogmatism and affective teaching. Only when fully realizing the existence of subjectivist teaching and its harm, can teachers get a sense of self awakening and liberation, generate sound subjective personality, so as to change the present conditions of subjectivist teaching.
