汽车变速箱箱体需有足够的强度、刚度及良好的动态性能采用Pro/E软件建立箱体三维模型,基于ANSYS workbench 14.5软件对Ⅰ档工况下变速箱箱体进行静应力分析及预应力模态分析,求得变速箱静应力及模态参数,为产品的优化设计提供依据.

Automobile gear-box needs sufficient strength, stiffness and fine dynamic performance. The Pro/E software was adopted to establish a 3D model of a gearbox casting. Based on ANSYS Workbench V14.5, a static stress analysis and a pre-stressed modal analysis were done using this 3D model on the first gear working condition. The static stress and modal parameters were product optimum design. achieved successfully, which will provide the basis for product optimum design.
