基于集群企业与区域经济的发展,本文从价值创造的视角出发,选取湖南长沙、山东济宁、江苏常州、江苏苏州、福建厦门以及广东柳州六大工程机械类产业集群2006-2013年的数据,将集群价值创造分为企业价值与区域经济价值两个模块,并在此基础上划分出产品价值、顾客价值、区域研发价值以及区域经济增长四个指标,利用基于DEA的Malmquist指数对四个指标的投入产出进行研究.研究结果表明,2006-2013年间,虽然我国工程机械企业得到了高效率的生产,区域经济得到了发展且发展质量较优,但是仍然存在有较大的改进空间.

Based on the company and district economic growth of industrial cluster, the article studies on input-output from value creation. Data from 2006 to 2013 of Changsha, Jining, Changzhou, Suzhou and Xiamen form the study object. With the modular view of cluster value, the value creation has been divide into product value, customer value, technology value and district economic,and then study by Malmquist index based on DEA. The result suggests that from 2006 to 2013, company development has been increased by high speed and district economic is developed in high quality, but there is still large room for improvement.
