新媒体环境下,多屏发展成了电视行业的新趋势,并对电视节目的评估产生重要影响。作为电视市场“通用货币”的收视率效力已经下降,在电视节目评估指标体系中引入多屏指标势在必行。新指标与原有指标的关系影响到整个指标体系的构建,对此本文使用内容分析法和深度访谈法,以热播电视剧为例,展开了对网上收视度和线下收视率关系的探讨,并且对影响网上收视的因素进行分析,以促进多屏环境下新的电视节目评估体系的构建,同时给视听媒体的业务发展以启示。

In the new media environment, the multi-screen development has become a new trend in television industry, which has an important impact on TV programs assessment. Rating is the "common currency" of TV market but its effect has declined, and the introduction of multi-screen indicator is index system. As the relationship between imperative in television programs evaluation original index and new index is very important, this article, using content analysis and in-depth interviews and taking the hit TV series for example, launches to explore the relationship of ratings between online and underline, and analyzes the affecting factors of the network ratings, the purposes of which are to promote to construct a new television programs evaluation system and to help the the audio-visual media's business development in the multi-screen environment.
