本文运用沃克洗钱规模测度模型和修正的沃克重力模型测度2000—2011年我国产生的年度洗钱规模及其流入世界183个国家和地区（含中国）的数量。研究发现,2000年我国产生的洗钱规模37.15亿美元,2011年我国洗钱规模高达568.2亿美元,研究期间我国总共产生洗钱规模2243.47亿美元,平均每年产生洗钱规模为186.96亿美元。2000年、2011年我国流出的洗钱规模分别是36.39亿美元、538.76亿美元,研究期间我国总共流出洗钱规模2157.32亿美元,平均每年流出179.78亿美元,其中67.18%流入中国澳门、中国台湾、日本、卢森堡等25个国家和地区。本文提出了反洗钱政策建议。

Using Walker Model for Measuring Laundering Scale and adjusted Walker Gravity Model, we measure the money laundering scale in China and the quantity which outflows to 183 countries and regions （including）. We find that the money laundering scale in 2000 reached to 3.715 billion dollars, and in 2011, it amounted to 56,82 billion dollars. Over the period of 2000-2011, the total scale amounted to 224.347 billion dollars, and the scale per year was 18.696 billion dollars. In 2000 and 2011, the scale was 3.639 billion dollars and 53.876 billion dollars respectively. Over the sample period, the outflow scale was 215.732 billion dollars and the scale per years was 17.978 billion dollars, among which 67.18% flowed into 25 countries and regions, including Macao, Taiwan, Japan and Luxembourg. Finally, we propose anti-money-laundering policies and suggestions.
