近年来，越来越多的大学生投身自主创业，创业环境持续改善，但创业成功率却不容乐观。大学生创业是一项牵涉全社会各种资源的系统工程，要想从根本上改变大学生创业难的现状，须大力构建以大学生创业为导向的高校协同机制，加强高校内部的协同，促进高校与政府、企业等多主体的协同联动；既充分发挥高校在创业协同机制中的主导作用，又大力加强政府的引导作用。大学生创业导向的高校协同机制，对推动大学生自主创业过程发挥切实引导和支持的作用。

In recent years, more and more undergraduates throw themselves into slef-employed. The environment of business is improving, but the success rate of entrepreneurship is not going well. Starting a business is a systematic project involving all kind of social resources that need to build a college collaborative mechanism besed on undergraduates starting their business, strengthen college internal cooperation mechanism, promote college-government-enterprise cooperation mechanism; give full play to the leading role of college in the innovation and cooperation mechanism, and the guiding role of government. Undergraduates eutrepreneurship orientation of college collaborative mechanism play a guiding and supporting roles.
