行业特色大学是在与行业发展的互动中形成的,其发展走向与国家、社会在行业领域的重大需求及历史变迁密切相关,在协同创新战略过程中具有天然优势。但就行业特色大学近3年的协同创新实践来看,仍然存在性质定位未上升到办学理念层面,功能设定天然缺失、协同动力不足、深度合作不多、责任边界不清、忽视学术创新与应用等现象.甚至出现“有协同、无创新”怪象。优化行业特色大学协同创新运行机制,必须创新学校发展理念.激发内生动力.实现组织创新,组建校际或产业联盟.凸显实际创新贡献并营造“育人为本”文化。
行業特色大學是在與行業髮展的互動中形成的,其髮展走嚮與國傢、社會在行業領域的重大需求及歷史變遷密切相關,在協同創新戰略過程中具有天然優勢。但就行業特色大學近3年的協同創新實踐來看,仍然存在性質定位未上升到辦學理唸層麵,功能設定天然缺失、協同動力不足、深度閤作不多、責任邊界不清、忽視學術創新與應用等現象.甚至齣現“有協同、無創新”怪象。優化行業特色大學協同創新運行機製,必鬚創新學校髮展理唸.激髮內生動力.實現組織創新,組建校際或產業聯盟.凸顯實際創新貢獻併營造“育人為本”文化。

Universities with distinctive disciplinary features are formed through its interaction with the development of relevant disciplines. Their developmental orientations are closely related to national and social enormous demand for relevant disciplines, and historical transition. These universities have natural advantages in the strategic process of coordinated innovation. However, there are many problems existing in coordinated innovation practice initiated by universities with distinctive disciplinary features in these three years, including nature orientations mismatched with higher-education concepts, naturally lack of suggested functions, weak coordinated driving force, little in-depth cooperation, obscure duty boundaries, and unawareness of academic innovation and application. In addition, the unsatisfactory phenomenon like "Only Coordination, But No Innovation" occurs. Upgrading the mechanism of coordinated innovation initiated by universities with distinctive disciplinary features can not be achieved without renewing the development concepts of universities, stimulating their inner driving force, or carrying out organization innovation. Specifically speaking, it is of great significance for this kind of universities to establish university or industry consortiums, highlight practical innovation contributions, and strive to create a culture featuring putting the cultivation of students first in highereducation.
