以知识的创造、吸收和应用为主线，在考虑国际贸易和FDI之间内在联系的条件下，对国际技术扩散制约TFP增长的作用机制进行理论分析和实证检验。结果显示：国际技术扩散通过外部知识增量以及与自主研发的交互效应影响TFP增长。中国参与国际分工的方式导致国际技术扩散的直接效应为负。国际技术扩散通过锁定效应和挤出效应弱化了自主研发对TFP的正面影响。技术差距对TFP的影响因国际技术扩散的形式而异，随着自主研发能力的增强而提高。

In consideration of the intrinsic link between international trade and FDI,this paper ,empirically investigates the mecha- nisms of international technology diffusion restraining the growth of TFP taking the knowledge creation, absorption and ap- plication as main line. International technology diffusion affect the growth of TFP through the inflow of foreign knowledge and the interaction with domestic R＆D. The pattern we are positioned in the global specification makes the direct effect of international technology diffusion on TFP be negative. Domestic R＆D impacts TFP positively,which is lessened by lock - in effect and crowd - out by international technology diffusion. Technology gap＇ s influence on TFP varies with means of international technology diffusion, and also increase with domestic R＆D to be strengthened.
