从认知语言学的视角分析日汉＂顔/脸＂的惯用语的引申义。通过分析可以知道：词义转移都是基于隐喻、转喻以及建立在转喻基础上的隐喻来实现的。认知语义在转义时的一致性表现为4个方面,非一致性表现为7个方面。任何语言的背后都隐藏着由来和历史、语言的特征。在反映文化的个性的同时,文化的原因又对语言起着制约和限定的作用。由于所居环境、生活行为方式不相同,对客观世界的认知千差万别,直接形成了各民族惯用语的不同特色。日汉＂顔/脸＂惯用语的隐喻、转喻的探索研究,将有利于对跨文化交际活动的认知和理解,从而促进跨文化交际活动的顺利实现。

The extended meanings of Chinese and Japanese ＂kao/lian＂ idioms were analyzed from the perspective of cognitive linguistics. Through analysis, it shows that the shift of meanings is based on metaphor and metonymy, and realized through metaphor on the basis of metonymy. The consistency of cognitive semantics when shifting meanings is embodied in four aspects and the inconsistency is in seven aspects. Origin, history and feature of the language are hidden behind any effects on language, and the cultural character is reflected by language as language have different characteristics because of the difference of living language. Culture has restr well. Idioms in different na environment, lifestyle beh aining tions＇ avlors and cognition of the objective world. It is very helpful for cognition and understanding on intercultural communicative activities by the study on metaphor and metonymy of ＂kao/lian＂ idioms between Japanese and Chinese. Intercultural communicative activities are promoted smoothly thereby.
