20年间中国法律解释理论得到了飞速的发展，就地域分布而言，法律解释理论研究的繁荣程度与经济发展水平存在一定的契合关系；就年龄分布而言，60后和70后这两大中青年学者占据了绝对主导地位；就学历和职称的层面而言，研究当中表现出了高学历，高职称的倾向。就未来的发展方向而言，法律解释主体理论将是该领域新的突破点；在学术梯队建设方面，60后、70后、80后这三个群体将成为研究的主力。与此同时，未来一段时间之内高职称、高学历、高引用的三高学术明星将逐渐凸显，并出现类聚的趋向，至此法律解释理论研究的学术共同体将逐渐的成型。

The law interpretation theory has been rapid development during 20 years in China. In terms of geography, there were interactive relationships between the prosperity of law interpretation theory and the economic development level. In terms of age distribution,the young scholars in the 1960s and 1970s occupied the absolute dominance. In terms of educational background and professional title, the study showed a tendency of high academic degree and professional title. In terms of the development direc- tion,the subject theory of legal interpretation will be a new breakthrough point. In terms of academic echelon construction, the scholars in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s will become the main research bodies. At the same time, the superstars of high academic degree, high professional title and high cited will have a clustering tendency in the future. The academic community of the law in- terpretation theory will be formed by that time.
