整合了大量基于交易成本和能力理论关于创新影响纵向一体化研究的文献，在对比两种理论分析的逻辑与不足的基础上，从成本收益分析与权变匹配机制两个角度对两种理论的融合进行了文献整理。并且基于战略视角对未来研究的方向提出了两条研究思路：一是创新与纵向一体化之间的横向互动机制研究，二是创新战略的资源配置机制的纵向战略延伸研究。在研究中强调了创新战略与组织结构匹配的重要性。
整閤瞭大量基于交易成本和能力理論關于創新影響縱嚮一體化研究的文獻，在對比兩種理論分析的邏輯與不足的基礎上，從成本收益分析與權變匹配機製兩箇角度對兩種理論的融閤進行瞭文獻整理。併且基于戰略視角對未來研究的方嚮提齣瞭兩條研究思路：一是創新與縱嚮一體化之間的橫嚮互動機製研究，二是創新戰略的資源配置機製的縱嚮戰略延伸研究。在研究中彊調瞭創新戰略與組織結構匹配的重要性。

The article integrated a large number of theoretical literatures on the influence of innovation on vertical integration, which were written on the basis of transaction costs and the ability theories. Making comparisons on the logics and the deficiencies between the two kinds of theoretical analysis, from the perspectives of both cost-benefit analysis and contingency mechanism, we summarized these literatures concerning the merging phenomenon of the two theories. On the basis of strategic perspective, we proposed two directions for future studies： First, we could study on the lateral interaction mechanism between innovation and vertical integration; Second, longitudinal studies of strategic resource allocation mechanism for extending innovation strategies are also valuable. In the research, we emphasized on the importance of matching innovation strategies to organizational structure.
