阿什姜·赞杰先生是果洛阿什姜贡麻仓部落世袭土官后裔。他先后担任青海省政协委员、果洛藏族自治州政协常委、甘德县政协副主席和县人大副主任等职。文章通过对这一血缘与地缘结合状态的典型部落后裔的对话,主要探讨了＂三果洛＂的历史渊源、组织结构、后期的发展及其相关的法律条文等。

Mr. Ashichang·Dzengye is a descendant of hereditary chieftain of Ashichang Gongmatsang Tribe inGolog. He has successively served as a member of CPPCC National Committee of Qinghai province, a member ofthe standing committee of the CPPCC National Committee of Golog Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, deputy di-rector of the CPPCC of Gande County, deputy director of County People＇s Congress, etc. Based on the dialoguewith the descendant of the tribe which was a typical tribe organized on blood and geographical relationship, thearticle discusses the history, the organizational structure, the development of the tribe and its related laws.
