随着我国经济的不断发展,农民收入水平有了很大的提升,但城乡收入差距不断扩大的趋势并未有所改变,进入21世纪以来,基尼系数一直保持在0.4以上,成了世界上收入分配最不平等的国家之一,这已引起社会各界的高度关注。那么,如何缩小城乡收入差距？一些学者开始把目光转移到如何提高农民财产性收入上来。因为土地是农民最大的财产,应该成为农民收入的重要来源,但在现实中由于土地制度的约束使其财产收入功能的发挥受到严重影响,所以,要提高农民财产性收入就必须改革土地制度。基于此,文章对农民财产性收入与农地制度关系的研究进行综述,以期为全面深化改革的研究与决策提供参考。

With the constant development of the economy in China, the farmer income level has been greatly improved, but the gap between rural and urban incomes has continued to widen. After entering the 21 st century, China＇s Gini coefficients was always above 0.4, has become one of the most unequal societies in the world in income distribution, this problem has attracted the attention of our government and theorist. How to narrow down urban-rural income gap, some scholars began to focus on farmers＇ property income. Land is the largest property of farmer, which should become the main source of income, but in reality, due to the constraints of land system, it cannot play its income function, which makes scholars realized to increase farmers＇ property income must reform the land system. According to this, this paper reviews the concept of farmers＇ property income, the current situation of farmers＇ property income, the constraints of land system and the relevant policy recommendations, hoping to provide reference for the following research.
