文章以苏州市为例,在农地承包经营权市场交易内涵与目标基础上,分析了农村土地流转的主要问题。文章从交易市场信息平台与运行机制建立,交易对象的评估与信息披露,交易主体的准入与监控,交易后期的风险保障机制四个角度进行了市场交易机制构建,以期为农村土地承包经营权有序流转,推进城乡统一化进程提供借鉴。
文章以囌州市為例,在農地承包經營權市場交易內涵與目標基礎上,分析瞭農村土地流轉的主要問題。文章從交易市場信息平檯與運行機製建立,交易對象的評估與信息披露,交易主體的準入與鑑控,交易後期的風險保障機製四箇角度進行瞭市場交易機製構建,以期為農村土地承包經營權有序流轉,推進城鄉統一化進程提供藉鑒。

In the analysis of connotation and objective of the right to the contracted management of rural land market transactions, taking Suzhou city as an example, this paper analyzes the main problems of rural land circulation from four aspects： The establishment of a market information trading platform and operating mechanism, evaluation and information fault transaction object, access and monitoring of the main trading, and trade risk protection mechanism for the construction of market trading mechanism. For the right to contracted management of rural land circulation of orderly, promoting urban-rural unification process to provide reference.
