随着国家战略调整，广西成为国家战略支点，教育担负着生发支撑内力的基础性功能与责任；教育应塑造可靠的竞争性人力资源，提供民族和谐发展的内力，促成文化创新和文化生态产业链的孵化，生发文化睦邻与国际交流的动能，推动有效的社会治理。面对机遇，广西区域教育面临巨大挑战：基础教育水平不高，高等教育发展滞后，职业教育相对薄弱，社区教育体系尚未形成，民族文化与教育传承亟待提高，国际文化与教育交流需要深化。树立广西作为国家战略支点的教育定位，扩大教育融资渠道与投入规模，建构学校教育现代化体系，形成凝聚、开放、多元的社区教育，强化自然与人文共生教育应成为广西作为国家战略支点的教育对策。

With the adjustment of national strategy, Guangxi has become the national strategic fulcrum, and education shoulders the basic responsibility and function to develop the support internal force. Education should shape the reliable and competitive human resources, provide the internal forces of national harmonious development, contribute to cultural innovation and incubation of ecologic industry chain, develop the energy of motion to culture good-neighborliness and international communication, and promote effective social management. Confronted with the opportunity, regional education in Guangxi faces enormous challenges as follows： basic education level is not high, higher education is underdeveloped, vocational education is relatively weak, community education system has not yet formed, national culture and education inheritance need to be improved, and the communication of international culture and education needs to be deepen. The educational countermeasures that Guangxi as a national strategic fulcrum are as follows ： to set up the education localization of Guangxi as a national strategic fulcrum, enlarge the scale of education financing ch.~mnels and investment, construct the modern system of school education, form the condensed, open and diverse comraunity education, and strengthen the natural and cultural symbiosis education.
