高等教育大众化发展不仅意味着规模扩张,而且意味着逻辑变革。只顾规模扩张而忽视实质性变革的数量化思维,误读了大众化发展理论,曲解了大众化发展旨意,误导了大众化发展实践。我国高等教育发展迫切需要“二次大众化”变革。变革的关键在于明确高等教育的社会化发展逻辑、多元分类发展路线、个性化发展方式。

The development of higher education popularization means not only the expansion in scale, but also the logical transform in higher education. Quantifying method, which focuses on the expansion in scale but ignores substantial changes, misreads the theory, purpose and practice of popularization development of higher education. During the development of higher education, the "secondary popularization" is urgently needed. The focus of transform lies in clarifying the socialized development logic, diversified development routes and personalized development ways.
