目前对微课程建设多局限于微视频录制,对微课程、微视频等相关概念的理解较混淆,对微课程资源建设缺少系统评价体系。文章比较三类视频的异同,分析微课程的特点及内涵,提出微课程设计过程模式,该模式对微课程的主题选择、目标制定、单元划分、教学设计等作了详细阐述,并对微视频及课件的制作方法作深入讨论,对微课程资源管理及使用的方法详细介绍,最后,参考网络课程及国内微课大赛评价方法设计出微课程评价指标体系。微课程的设计过程模式及评价指标体系对规范和优化微课程资源建设起到一定的导向作用。

The new teaching and learning model based on micro-lecture has been appreciated by increasing learners. At present, the construction of micro-lecture is confined to the micro-video recording, it is confused to understand the related concept of micro-course and micro-video, and lacks scientific evaluation system on micro-lecture resources construction. The paper compares the similarities and differences between the three kinds of videoes, analyses features and connotation of the micro course, puts forward the design process mode of micro-lecture. The mode elaborates theme selection, goal setting, unit division, instruction design of micro-lecture, has an in-depth discussion on the method of making micro-video and courseware, and introduce micro-lecture resources management and the application method detailedly. Finally, a micro course evaluation index system basing on referencing network curriculum and domestic micro-class competition evaluation method is designed. The design process model and the evaluation index system of mico-lecture play a certain guiding role in regulating and optimizing micro-lecture resources construction.
