中国有着五千年的悠久文化传统，它非常广泛地反映和渗透到我们的社会生活、思维方式等各个方面。不管是自觉或不自觉，我们都受到传统文化的深刻影响。然而，对于中国传统文化在当代企业经营中的重要性，我们还没有正确认知。本文论述了中国传统文化尤其是孔孟的儒学文化对企业经营的重要性，分析了华人企业家代表李嘉诚的经营理念，总结和吸收中华民族的管理思想和经验，认真挖掘整理中国传统文化，对当代企业的经营有着积极的影响和促进作用。希望通过此研究，能够重新唤起企业经营者对中国传统文化的重视，促进企业的长足健康发展!

With a 5000 -year cultural tradition, China is very widely reflected and penetrated into our social life, ways of thinking, and so on. Whether consciously or not, we are deeply influenced by the traditional culture. Nevertheless, we have limited knowledge on the role of Chinese traditional culture in modern business practice. This paper discussed Confucius and Men- cius theories, especially on how they would affect the way in which business operates. The paper analyzed Chinese en- trepreneur Li Kashing＇s business philosophy, who infused Chinese traditional culture into management ideas which resulted in a great success. This paper is in hope to revoke today＇s business owner＇s attention on the importance of the Chinese tra- ditional culture that will promote a long - term healthy development of enterprises.
