随着环境压力的增加以及资源的限制,制造企业越来越重视其活动与环境的相容性。本文研究在绿色供应链管理环境下,制造企业如何从环境战略角度设计其供应链结构,有效识别供应链制造商与供应商的合作伙伴关系,并构建供应商评价与选择指标体系,使供应链制造商与供应商协作进行节能减排、废物处理等管理,以应对来自政府和利益相关者的环境压力,从而促进制造商与供应商战略合作伙伴关系的绿色可持续发展。

With the increase of environmental pressures and the limitation of resources, the construction of green environmental protec- tion enterprise has become one of the urgent tasks Chinese enterprises have to face in the process of development. Manufac- turing enterprises pay more and more attention to the compatibility of their activities with the environment. In this paper, we carry on a research under the background of environmental supply chain management, on the ways how to design the structure of supply chain from the angle of environmental strategies, effectively identify the partnership relationship of man- ufacturers and suppliers along the supply chain from the strategic level, and construct the supplier evaluation and selection index system to help manufacturers evaluate which supplier is the most suitable partner for the implementation of a collabo- rative C02 reduction management approach as to respond to environmental pressures from the government and stakeholder groups, thus promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the strategic partnership relationship between manufac- turers and suppliers.
