企业战略关乎企业的长期发展。本文从新疆民营企业实际出发,认为新疆民营企业现阶段存在追捧“多元化”战略和忽视人才强企的问题,并从成长经济理论出发得出盲目“多元化”和忽视人才重要作用的企业战略会使企业的长期发展陷入“彭罗斯”效应,最后得出新疆民营经济未来发展之路应该是充分利用自身资源禀赋和加强人才积累以实现成长经济的基础上去多元化。即走以“专”、“精”促“强”,以“强”而“大”的发展战略。

Enterprise strategy is the long - term development of one enterprise. In this paper, based on the practice of Xinjiang private enterprises, we believe that Xinjiang private enterprises at this stage are popular with the strategy of ＂diversification＂ and ignore the strategy of developing enterprise by talent management, and from the growth economy theory, the business strate- gy of blind diversification and ignorance of the important role of talents will make the long - term development of enterprises into the ＂Penrose＂ effect, and finally conclude that the future development of private economy in Xinjiang should make full use of their own resource endowment and strengthen the talent accumulation in order to realize the economic growth on the basis of diversification.
