对运动员养老保险的相关政策进行了梳理。以江苏省专业运动队的优秀运动员为例,分析了运动员退役后安置的路径,利用统计资料以及对相关管理人员、运动员等利益相关者的访谈资料,分析运动员养老保险的发展现状,揭示了运动员参加养老保险所面临的法律法规不健全、再就业转移接续困难、单位资金压力大、预期养老金水平较低等困境,剖析了现行基本养老保险制度的碎片化、运动员职业生涯的不确定性、训练单位实施力度不足以及运动员风险意识较为淡薄等原因,藉此提出将运动员纳入城镇职工基本养老保险、建立补充养老保险、拓宽筹资渠道以及提高运动员规避风险的意识等对策与建议。

The policies related to the elite athlete＇s endowment insurance in Jiangsu Province were studied. Statistics relat- ed to the management departments, athletes and stakeholders was analyzed. How the endowment was specified according to how long the athletes had served was expounded. It was shown that problems still existed. There was not good legal regulations with concern to the endowment insurance. It was difficult for the athletes to find a job after they had retired. It was also difficult for where the athletes worked to pay for their insurance. The endowment was not good. The endow- ment insurance had not been given enough attention because the contemporary endowment insurance policy was not reasonable, the time for retirement for retired athlete was hard to know and the athletes themselves were not aware of how important the insurance was. The best way was to include the athlete＇s endowment insurance into the basic endowment insurance for the urban working group and to fund more for it.
