商品出口是一个国家参与世界经济的主要方式,出口企业则是一个国家对外贸易的参与主体。一直以来,制造成本低廉是我国出口企业的优势,价格优势更是我国出口企业的尚方宝剑。近年来国内经济环境瞬息万变,劳动力价格和土地成本上升、融资难等问题不断出现。要素成本的持续上升挤压了出口企业的利润空间,给我国长期依靠低成本优势竞争的出口企业和经济带来诸多不利影响。通过研究劳动力、土地、融资等企业成本要素上升对国内出口企业的不利影响,提出了我国出口企业应对要素成本上升的对策建议。

Exportation is a main behavior pattern for a nation to participate in world economy. The export enterprises serve as the main entity to participate in national foreign trade. All this time, the low manufacturing cost is the advantage of the domestic export enterprise, and the price advantage is the main competitiveness. In recent years, the domestic economic environment changed rapidly, the labor price, increasing land cost, hard financing and other problems appeared increasingly. The continuously ascending in element cost extruded the profit space of export enterprise, which brought many adverse impacts to the export enterprises relying on low cost advantage and their economy. By studying the adverse impacts of the labor, land, financing and other increasing enterprise cost element on the domestic enterprises, this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the domestic export enterprises to cope with the increasing element cost based on the actual circumstance and by looking overseas.
