对英、法、德等西欧国家医生培养体系特征进行研究和分析,发现西欧主要国家医学教育制度和医生培养体系在医学学位和医师准入的关系、院校教育和毕业后教育的衔接等方面,都和北美国家存在一定差异,对我国构建和实践“5+3”临床医学人才模式具有重要的参考和借鉴价值。
對英、法、德等西歐國傢醫生培養體繫特徵進行研究和分析,髮現西歐主要國傢醫學教育製度和醫生培養體繫在醫學學位和醫師準入的關繫、院校教育和畢業後教育的銜接等方麵,都和北美國傢存在一定差異,對我國構建和實踐“5+3”臨床醫學人纔模式具有重要的參攷和藉鑒價值。
대영、법、덕등서구국가의생배양체계특정진행연구화분석,발현서구주요국가의학교육제도화의생배양체계재의학학위화의사준입적관계、원교교육화필업후교육적함접등방면,도화북미국가존재일정차이,대아국구건화실천“5+3”림상의학인재모식구유중요적삼고화차감개치。
The paper analyzes the characteristics of doctor training system in Britain, France and Germany and then compares them with the characteristics of doctor training system in North American countries. It reveals that there are differences between Western Europe and North America in terms of the relationship between medical degree and clinical practice and the linkage between college education and further education. Medical education and doctor training system in Western European countries may shed light on China's "5 + 3" model of clinical education.
