上海合作组织作为当今欧亚大陆上最大的新型区域性多边合作组织,自成立之日起便备受国内学者的关注。本文尝试以巴瑞·布赞所提出的＂区域安全复合体理论＂为分析框架,论述上海合作组织的形成动因,即分为内部动力和外部压力——内部动力是成员国间对自身安全需求的互动,而外部压力则是经济全球化进程的加快;今后的上海合作组织将朝着＂安全共同体＂的方向发展。但在这一过程中,成员国之间要加强＂类属身份＂的认同,即在成员国之间培育一种＂同类感＂,这对于促进成员国之间关系的良性发展至关重要。

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization（SCO）, as the current largest new regional multilateral cooperation organization of the Eurasian continent, has attracted great attention of Chinese scholars ever since its founding.In this paper, we try to apply the Regional Security Complex Theory to analyze that, the security motivation of SCO＇s origin and development can be divided into internal motivation and external pressure-the internal motivation is the interaction of their own security needs between member states, while the external pressure is the advances of the global economy; in the future, the SCO will develop into the direction of ＂security community＂, but during the process, member states must strengthen the ＂type identity＂, namely, the cultivation of the feeling of ＂being the same type＂between member states, which is very important to promote good relationship between member states.
