进入21世纪,朝鲜对外贸易增长率远远高出其宏观经济的增长率,对外贸易对朝鲜经济的恢复做出了很大的贡献,以发展对外贸易来带动国内经济发展始终是朝鲜经济发展的重要战略之一。金正恩执政后,朝鲜对外贸易呈现出规模持续扩大但增幅回落、贸易赤字趋于减少、纤维制品的进出口增长幅度大等特点。金正恩执政后,朝鲜大力整顿贸易秩序,进一步强调对外贸易的“多元化与多样化”,继续扩大对外贸易企业的自主权等。今后一段时期内,朝鲜对外贸易总额将缓慢增长,进出口产品结构难以出现大的变化,中朝贸易在朝鲜对外贸易中仍将起到决定性作用。

North Korea＇s foreign trade growth rate is much higher than its macroeconomic growth in the 21^st century. Foreign trade has made a significant contribution to the economic recovery. To stimulate domestic economy by the development of foreign trade has been one of the important economic strategy of North Korea. After Kim Jon Un came into power, the scale of foreign trade continues to expand, hut hasn＇t increased obviously; trade deficits tends to reduce; ＂diversification of foreign trade＂ and the autonomy of enterprises are emphasized. In the near future, North Korea＇s foreign trade will expand slowly, but it is difficult to make big changes in import and export product structure, and the trade with China will play a decisive role in North Korea＇s foreign trade.
