在贵州民族地区小学、初中、高中阶段民族学校建设发展过程中,在校民族学生人数逐年增加,黔东南苗族侗族自治州2014年教育工作要点提出基础教育改革战略。在黔东南苗族侗族自治州基础教育实践的过程中,打造基础教育质量链的创新建设模式,由此引发民族地区基础教育改革与现代化进程的思考。
