1921年安徽省第三届省议会选举受金钱势力与地方军阀操纵,各选区违法舞弊层出不穷,40余县发生诉讼,当选议员多系贿买而来。皖人否认选举结果并积极澄清省选,与当选议员进行了一系列斗争,最终本届省选被判决无效并被责令改选。选政的腐败及议会、议员的不良是皖人反对此届省议会的重要原因,也与防止倪系势力复活有关。总的来看,皖人反贿选斗争取得胜利具有一定的历史意义。
1921년안휘성제삼계성의회선거수금전세력여지방군벌조종,각선구위법무폐층출불궁,40여현발생소송,당선의원다계회매이래。환인부인선거결과병적겁징청성선,여당선의원진행료일계렬두쟁,최종본계성선피판결무효병피책령개선。선정적부패급의회、의원적불량시환인반대차계성의회적중요원인,야여방지예계세력복활유관。총적래간,환인반회선두쟁취득성리구유일정적역사의의。
In 1921, the third provincial council election of Anhui province manipulated by the forces of money, illegal election of each constituency were emerged one after another, more than forty counties occurred lawsuits ,the elected members were mostly generated by bribery. Anhui people denied the results of the election and asked for clarification on it actively, they conducted a series of struggles against the elected members. At last, the election was sentenced to invalid and were asked to re - election. The corruption of election affairs and the bad provincial council as well as its members was an important reason for the Anhui people objected to this provincial council,which were also related to prevent the revival of the power of Ni Si - chong clique. On the whole, Anhui people＇ s struggle against the provincial council won victory and had a certain historical significance.
