加强职业教育与社会流动的研究，是城镇化背景下充实壮大社会中间阶层、维护社会和平稳定的迫切需求。当前的研究主要关注对职业教育与社会流动关系、影响职业教育社会流动功能的因素和职业教育促进社会流动的策略的探讨。但在研究对象上，对底层群体社会流动的独特性关注少；在研究方法上。实证和比较研究少；在研究主旨上，作用机制研究少；在研究视角上，终身发展视角的研究少。在未来的研究中，要开展不同地区社会底层群体职业教育需求和未来职业地位预期的比较研究，要关注职业教育与社会流动的制度变迁，分析职业教育促进或制约社会流动的作用机制，明确职业教育制度变革策略，并对社会流动视域下的职业教育体系进行建构。

Strengthen the study on the vocational education and social mobility, is the and expand demand of enrich the social middle class, maintain the social stability and peace under the background of urbanization. Current research focuses on the discussion of the relationship of vocational education and social mobility, the influencing factors of social mobility function of vocational education and vocational education strategy in promoting social mobility. In future research, we must carry out comparative study of different social groups vocational education needs and future occupation status expected, pay close attention to the institutional change in vocational education and social mobility, analyze the mechanism of vocational education promotes or restricts the social mobility, clear the reform strategy of vocational education system, and construct the system of vocational education and social mobility.
