高职创业教育尚未形成融入产学合作的人才培养机制，存在着高职创业教育各主体要素发挥作用不足、高职院校实施创业教育定位不够准确、与工学结合的人才培养模式融入度低、缺少产教融合背景下相关理论研究等问题。在产教融合制度下，应遵循多主体、自组织、协同共享的原则构建高职创业教育机制，做到政府主导与市场作用相结合，构建推进高职创业教育的导向机制，专业教育和创业教育相结合，构建高职专业教育与创业教育课程一体化融合机制，创业实践与专业实践相结合，建立创业实践教学与专业实践教学有效衔接机制，校政企合作加强创业基地建设，构建高职大学生创业孵化机制。

Up till now, entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges has not been integrated into the talent development system which combines education with industry. We＇ ve been faced with a lot of problems. Such as： each party has failed to play its part; the entrepreneurship education is inaccurately-oriented and poorly-integrated into the talent development system which combines education with industry;inadequate research has been done so far. This thesis holds that under the guidance of the talent development system which combines education with industry, the following principles should be adhered to, that is, multi-parties, self-organized, cooperative and information-sharing. Besides, entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges should be better-oriented. Courses in entrepreneurship education should be integrated into curriculum in terms of both theory and practice. What more is required is an incubation system composed of colleges, governments and enterprises.
