潘懋元先生的“教育内外部关系规律”理论是世界观,揭示了如何在“社会—教育—人”的理论框架下“科学”的推动教育发展以及“高等教育具有相对独立性”的科学内涵。该理论同时也是方法论,提出了推动教育“整体”发展的总体方法和思路。对于该理论,应该进行系统深入地学习,以规避一些不合理的认识。
潘懋元先生的“教育內外部關繫規律”理論是世界觀,揭示瞭如何在“社會—教育—人”的理論框架下“科學”的推動教育髮展以及“高等教育具有相對獨立性”的科學內涵。該理論同時也是方法論,提齣瞭推動教育“整體”髮展的總體方法和思路。對于該理論,應該進行繫統深入地學習,以規避一些不閤理的認識。

＂The law of the internal and external relationships in education＂ is a world view and methodology. The former reveals how to promote the education development scientifically in the theoretical framework of ＂society-education-people＂. Besides, the theory contains the proposition of ＂education has the relative independence＂. The latter shows the overall method on how to promote education development. We should carry out in-depth study of the law to avoid some unreasonable understanding.
