澳门教师教育在近80年的发展历程中,存在着中学内部附设师范科、与外地高校合作以及本地高校开设教育课程等多种形式。伴随着澳门教育立法的进程,教师教育也基本形成职前培训、在职培训、延续培训和专门培训相结合的教师专业发展体系。澳门是一个具有多元文化的微型社会,需要在未来教师教育的发展中,进一步培养多元文化价值观指导下的教师教育理念,完善学历教育、资格教育、专、眦发展相融合的教师教育体系,鼓励教师主动探究,构建能够适应终身学习社会的发展机制。

오문교사교육재근80년적발전역정중,존재착중학내부부설사범과、여외지고교합작이급본지고교개설교육과정등다충형식。반수착오문교육입법적진정,교사교육야기본형성직전배훈、재직배훈、연속배훈화전문배훈상결합적교사전업발전체계。오문시일개구유다원문화적미형사회,수요재미래교사교육적발전중,진일보배양다원문화개치관지도하적교사교육이념,완선학력교육、자격교육、전、자발전상융합적교사교육체계,고려교사주동탐구,구건능구괄응종신학습사회적발전궤제。
Macau teacher education exists in three forms, such as setting the teacher programmes in high school, cooperation with universities outside Macau and delivering teaching programmes in Macau tertiary institutions during the advance of nearly 80 years. With the progress of legislation of Macau, the teacher education had basically formed a system of teacher professional development with pre-service training, in-service training, sustaining training and Specialized training. As Macau is a micro-region with Multiculturalism, the future teacher education need to further cultivate teacher educational philosophy guided by Muhicultural values, to shape the system of teacher education through integrating diploma education, qualificatory education and professional development and to encourage teachers' Active inquiry. On this basis, the adaptation mechanism of Lifelong learning society should be established eventually.
