本文通过文献综述,梳理出我国农村学校教师流动及流失问题的基本情况。从深层次来考量导致农村学校教师流动及流失的原因后发现,是国家政策的某种缺失。通过与国际相关研究的比较,提出未来的研究除了在全国范围内进行跟踪调查以外,重点应放在研究中央和各级政府如何弥补政策的缺失方面。

This paper attempts to draw together contemporary research on the mobility and attrition of teachers in rural schools in China in order to understand: the situation and patterns of teacher mobility and attrition, influence of teacher mobility and attrition, teacher turnover intention, and strategies employed for decreasing mobility and attrition. It concludes the future research requires the development of more databases and explores strategies for each level of government to make up their policies.
