本文通过文献综述，梳理出我国农村学校教师流动及流失问题的基本情况。从深层次来考量导致农村学校教师流动及流失的原因后发现，是国家政策的某种缺失。通过与国际相关研究的比较，提出未来的研究除了在全国范围内进行跟踪调查以外，重点应放在研究中央和各级政府如何弥补政策的缺失方面。
本文通過文獻綜述，梳理齣我國農村學校教師流動及流失問題的基本情況。從深層次來攷量導緻農村學校教師流動及流失的原因後髮現，是國傢政策的某種缺失。通過與國際相關研究的比較，提齣未來的研究除瞭在全國範圍內進行跟蹤調查以外，重點應放在研究中央和各級政府如何瀰補政策的缺失方麵。

This paper attempts to draw together contemporary research on the mobility and attrition of teachers in rural schools in China in order to understand： the situation and patterns of teacher mobility and attrition, influence of teacher mobility and attrition, teacher turnover intention, and strategies employed for decreasing mobility and attrition. It concludes the future research requires the development of more databases and explores strategies for each level of government to make up their policies.
