以“湖北省全员人口信息数据库”数据为基础，从省际、省内、市内三个层次对武汉市非正式迁移人口的空间流场及人口结构进行了分析，研究结果给出了武汉市非正式迁移人口的整体动态与空间流场的全景图象．人口结构分析表明武汉市人口非正式迁移在“低技能、低门槛”岗位上仍存在空间“挤压”效应，迁移的性别选择性在武汉市尤其突出，并在迁入与迁出群体之间形成差异，导致武汉市育龄妇女问题、留守与随流儿童问题更为严熏，

Based on the database of the Population Information System of Hubei province, and from the three levels as inter - province, province and city, this paper analyzed the characteristics of spatial flow field and demographic structure of informal migrant population in Wuhan city, and outlined the concerned panoramic image of the city. The results of demographic structure analysis showed that the informal immigration were mainly on the ＂low - skill, low barriers entrance＂ positions, with still ＂ squeeze＂ effect on local labor market; migration selected by gender was particularly prominent in the city, and there were obvious difference between the immigrations and emigrations, bringing to Wuhan more serious problems such as fertile women, children left - behind in rural areas and moving to the city with their parents etc.
