开展性教育和相关咨询是解决青少年性与生殖健康问题的有效途径。然而，中国青少年60％的咨询需要没有得到满足，这暴露出针对青少年性与生殖健康服务的缺失。大量实证研究表明，相比东部，西部地区，尤其是西部农村地区青少年在性与生殖健康领域咨询的需求更高，但实现率却较低。以西部某县级市为例，使用2010年人口普查汇总数据，利用Brass—Logit转换及Gompertz生育模型分析，发现将向青少年提供性教育与生殖健康服务纳入已有的人口计划生育服务网络，是提升西部地区青少年健康福祉的经济有效的途径。

Sex education and related advisory service can be the most effective way of enhancing adolescent sexual and reproductive health. However, China~s consulting sections failed to meet 60% of the consulting needs of Chinese adolescents, which exposed the huge lack of service for the population＇s sexual and reproductive health. Many empirical studies show that the adolescents living in Western China have more consulting needs of sexual and reproductive health and lower realization rate than their counterparts in Eastern China. Taking X City in west China as an example, this article used Brass logit life -table system and Gompertz fertility model on the city~ aggregated data of 2010 census, and found that integrating the adolescent sexual and reproductive health service into population and family planning service system could help promote teenager health in West rural China.
