幽州城是唐朝东北地区的第一大城市,也是幽燕地区政治、经济、军事和文化中心。安禄山、史思明曾以幽州城为大本营,发动长达8年的对抗唐中央政府的＂安史之乱＂。因其重要的地理位置、独有的边塞风情、特殊的历史事件及巨大的建功空间,吸引了不少唐代文人到幽州城寻求发展机遇,探览古风异景,寻觅诗情文意,为后世留下了无数优美的诗文。这些诗文内容广阔,有战争场面、边地风光、民族风情、将士命运、闺妇忧思、个人得失以及对战争引发的社会问题和对国家前途的思考等,让我们对唐代的幽州城有了更深刻和更丰富的感性认识。通过唐代文人关于幽州城的文学想象、文学描摹、文学活动,透视出幽州城在唐代及以后的文学史和文化史上的独特地位和作用。

Youzhou city is the largest city in the northeastern area in the Tang Dynasty, and it＇s also the political, economic, military and cultural center in Youyan area. Youzhou city used to be the base of An Lushan and Shi Siming, who launched an 8-year-long An Shi rebellion against the central government of the Tang Dynasty. Because of its important geographical location, unique frontier fortress scenery, special historical incidents and great accomplishments, many men of letters in the Tang Dynasty used to come to Youzhou city to seek development opportunities, visit the exotic places and look for poetic feelings, and they left numerous beautiful poems and essays, which enjoy broad contents, war scenes, frontier scenery, ethnic customs, fate of the soldiers, the boudoir women＇ s worries, personal gains and losses, as well as the thoughts on social problems resulting from the wars and on the prospect of the country. By reading these poems and essays, we will have more profound and more abundant perpetual knowledge of Youzhou city in the Tang Dynasty. In this paper, by means of analyzing writers＇ literary imagination, description and activities on Youzhou city in the Tang Dynasty, we can figure out the unique position and role of Youzhou city in literary and cultural history in the Tang Dynasty and the subsequent periods.
