由互联网搭建的社交平台逐步形成一个渗透地球各个角落的社会化媒体,其形成的公共话语体系庞杂而威力无比。通过对社会化媒体公共话语体系分析,厘清话语权、话语力、话语主体、话语区间、话语对象等关键概念,梳理媒介工具的重要作用,提取新媒介环境下话语权的转移因子,把握公共话语新秩序的基本要素,并为话语体系的重构提出初步构想。
由互聯網搭建的社交平檯逐步形成一箇滲透地毬各箇角落的社會化媒體,其形成的公共話語體繫龐雜而威力無比。通過對社會化媒體公共話語體繫分析,釐清話語權、話語力、話語主體、話語區間、話語對象等關鍵概唸,梳理媒介工具的重要作用,提取新媒介環境下話語權的轉移因子,把握公共話語新秩序的基本要素,併為話語體繫的重構提齣初步構想。

Based on the Internet, the social networking platform has gradually formed to permeate to every corner of the earth, becoming a social medium with a complex and powerful public discourse system （PDS）. By analyzing PDS of social media, key concepts of discourse rights, discourse power, subject of discourse, discourse space, and object of discourse are clarified, the important role of the medium is heckled, factors of discourse right transformation in the new media environment are extracted, the basic elements of public discourse of the new order are grasped, and the preliminary ideas for the reconstruction of the discourse system are put forward.
