The debate about the definition, nature and adscription of the sports broadcasting rights still exists in theory. The development and legal protection of the rights is quite scattered, low-level and weak. The development and utilization of the sports broadcasting rights has been for a long time. The sports broadcasting rights is a compound right and Sports broadcasting relationship involves multiple conflicts of interest. Learning the lessons from other countries, we should adhere to the principle of balancing of interests and made some suggestions for perfection of legislation on the sports broadcasting rights.
