采用案例嵌入式统计研究方法,探究酒店动态能力对其创新绩效的影响作用。以如家酒店为探索性单案例的研究对象,运用ROST CM 6.0内容分析软件进行编码,析出酒店企业动态能力的3个结构维度——顾客需求感知能力、产品创新能力和组织学习能力,构建酒店动态能力对其创新绩效的影响作用模型,进而利用大样本调查问卷数据进行实证检验。研究结果表明：动态能力的3个维度对酒店企业的创新绩效具有显著的正向影响。

Using the statistical method with embedded case, this paper studies the influence of dynamic capabilities of hotel company on its innovation performance. Taking Rujia hotel as the research case in exploratory single case study, and using the content analysis software, namely ROST CM 6.0,it encodes three structural dimensions of dynamic capability of hotel business,including customer perception ability, product/ service innovation ability,organizational learning ability,and builds a model of dynamic capability＇s influence on innovation performance of hotel business,then makes an empirical test by using the large samples survey data. The results show that three dimensions of dynamic capability have all significant positive effects on innovation management.
