利用非参数的DEA-RAM方法,将创新效率和绿色效率相融合,得出技术创新的绿色绩效评价模型,并利用该模型评价装备制造业技术创新的绿色绩效水平。研究结果表明:2010年之前,我国装备制造业技术创新的绿色绩效提升缓慢;2010年之后,其技术创新的绿色绩效提升速度较快;技术创新资本投入不足及技术创新的节能效果不显著是导致装备制造业技术创新绿色绩效低下的主要原因。

Green performance of technology innovation model including green efficiency and innovation efficiency is built by using DEA-RAM model based on previous research. We use this model to calculate green performance of equipment manufacturing industry' technology innovation. The results show that green performance of equipment manufacturing industry' technology innovation changes of china's overall industry present different characters in different stage. Befor 2010, green performance of equipment manufacturing industry' technology innovation changes of china's overall industry increase slowly, but it increase greatly after 2010, and there's different developing trend in different sectors. R&D input non-environment friendly bias and environment input and output inefficiency are the main reason of green performance of equipment manufacturing industry' technology innovation.
