在阐明技术流转定义的基础上,通过文献研究,整理影响技术流动的风险因素,并加以分层总结。通过分析三种技术流转模式存在的风险,探索风险源存在的时间和空间,揭示降低技术流动风险机制原理,以期提高技术流动效率,促进技术与经济融合,实现技术产业化、商业化。

On the basis of technology transfer clarify the definition, through literature research, collate risk factors affecting the flow of technolo gy and to hierarchical summary. This paper analyzes the risk of circulation patterns exist three techniques to explore sources of risk exist in time and space, revealing the principles of technology to reduce liquidity risk mechanism, in order to improve the efficiency of the flow of technology to promote technical and economic integration, implementation technology.
