利用以热量法为基础的电、热成本费用分摊方法,对典型热电联产电厂的发电、供热效益进行了测算分析。结果表明,在全厂总体盈利的情况下,发电盈利但供热亏损,发电、供热效益不平衡,存在着以发电(盈利)补供热(亏损)的情况;典型热电联产电厂发电、供热及全厂效益均随煤价的升高而下降,发电及全厂效益随电价的提高而提高,供热及全厂效益随热价的提高而提高,发电、供热及全厂的效益均随发电利用小时数的增加而提高。建议通过提高热价和增加发电利用小时数改善热电联产及供热效益。
利用以熱量法為基礎的電、熱成本費用分攤方法,對典型熱電聯產電廠的髮電、供熱效益進行瞭測算分析。結果錶明,在全廠總體盈利的情況下,髮電盈利但供熱虧損,髮電、供熱效益不平衡,存在著以髮電(盈利)補供熱(虧損)的情況;典型熱電聯產電廠髮電、供熱及全廠效益均隨煤價的升高而下降,髮電及全廠效益隨電價的提高而提高,供熱及全廠效益隨熱價的提高而提高,髮電、供熱及全廠的效益均隨髮電利用小時數的增加而提高。建議通過提高熱價和增加髮電利用小時數改善熱電聯產及供熱效益。

Using the heat--electricity cost allocation method on the basis of heat content method, the heat and electricity benefits for a typical co- generation system were calculated and analyzed. The results showed that the electricity profit was positive, but the heat profit was negative. Moreover, the total profit of the cogeneration system was positive, because the absolute value of the electricity profit was larger than that of the heat profit. It was found that the benefits of the heat, the electricity and the cogeneration system all increased with the coal price and electricity generation, both the benefits of the electricity and the cogeneration system increased with the electricity price, and both the benefits of the heat and the cogeneration system increased with the heat price. It was suggested that heat price and electricity generation would be increased in order to improve the benefits of the heat and the cogeneration system.
