Putting the administrative law into the government performance management is an important measure to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Party~ Eighteen Fourth Plenary Session. Its path of thinking is to grasp the government performance target' s dimensions, angle, depth and intensity; Index system is the core, mainly puts administrative law into the government performance management elements indica- tors, evidence indicators, quantitative indicators and norms indicators, which focuses on the full im- plementation of government functions according to the law, legally sound decision-making mechanism, deepen the reform of administrative law, adhere to strict, normal, fair and civilized law enforcement, and strengthen control and supervision of the executive power, and comprehensively promote open gov- ernment the six aspects; Supervision system is the key, strengthen legal supervision, social supervision and public supervision of the government in promoting the performance management process.
