以浙江师范大学图书馆的探索为例，认为通过精心打造建筑空间，让环境有“亮点”；用心建设特色馆藏，让资源有“亮点”；主动拓展业务，让服务有“亮点”；踊跃开展活动，变沉默为“发声”等举措，高校图书馆将实现环境有磁场、资源有引力、活动有内涵、服务有声音，切实提高核心竞争力。

이절강사범대학도서관적탐색위례，인위통과정심타조건축공간，양배경유“량점”；용심건설특색관장，양자원유“량점”；주동탁전업무，양복무유“량점”；용약개전활동，변침묵위“발성”등거조，고교도서관장실현배경유자장、자원유인력、활동유내함、복무유성음，절실제고핵심경쟁력。
By taking Zhejiang Normal University Library as a typical example, this paper demonstrates that designing library space can make the environments display highlights building special collections can make the resources illustrate highlights exploring new business can make the service show highlights car- rying various activities can make the library be sound. In a word, university library will improve its core competitive power by attractive environment and resources, meaningful activities and services.
