文章以西安为案例地,使用结构方程模型法分析了信息熟悉和经历熟悉对旅游目的地游客满意度评价维度,以及游客满意度评价维度对旅游目的地满意度的影响。研究表明,对中西方游客而言:信息熟悉对旅游目的地游客满意度评价维度具有显著的正向影响,而经历熟悉对旅游目的地游客满意度评价维度的影响则是负面的,同时发现信息熟悉的影响力远大于经历熟悉;社区环境、旅游服务质量等旅游目的地软环境是影响旅游目的地游客满意度的重要变量。基于上述发现,提出了促进旅游目的地发展的若干举措。

The paper, through a case study in Xi' an city, makes an analysis on the impact of informational familiarity and experiential familiarity on the evaluation dimensions of tourist satisfaction at destination as well as its influence on tourism des- tination satisfaction by applying a structural equation analysis. The result reveals that for both Chinese and western tourists: In- formational familiarity has a significant positive impact on the evaluation dimensions of tourist satisfaction at destination, whereas the impact of experiential familiarity is negative, and the impact of the former is far more than that of the latter. The soft environment of tourism destination, such as community environment and tourism service quality etc., is an important variable affecting tourist satisfaction at destination. Based on the above findings, the paper puts forward some measures to pro- mote the development of tourism destination.
