运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地调查法等方法深入分析北京市跆拳道在过去4届全运会和近4年全国比赛、全国青少年比赛所获得的成绩与存在的不足。结果表明：跆拳道是北京市竞技体育的优势项目,在全国也处于强队之列,而随着第12届全运会的结束,一些优秀运动员退役,新老交替问题凸显,优势地位受到严峻考验,尤其是女子优势越来越小,后备力量储备不足。新时期要在依据政策法规前提下,加大合作与交流,提高教练员自身素质,做好后备队伍梯队建设,搭建“体教结合”新的人才培养模式,充分利用北京市有限的体育后备人才资源,巩固与加强北京市跆拳道优势地位并促进项目长期可持续发展。

Through using the method of literature review, questionnaire and field research, this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the development of Taekwondo in Beijing during the past four National Games and four National Competitions and National Junior Competitions. The results show that Taek-wondo is a dominant event of Beijing and ranks top of the strong teams in the whole country. With the end of the 12th National Games, some elite athletes retired, and new and old problems overlapped, with the result that the dominance position of Taekwondo in Beijing is challenged, especially that the women＇s dominance position is with less and less magin, and that the reserve force is insufficient. At present, based on the current policies and regulations, we should strengthen cooperation and exchanges, improve the quality of the coaches, complete the backup team construction, build the new personnel training mode of sports and education,make full use of the limited sports talent reserve resources, consolidate and strengthen the dominance position of Taekwondo and promote long-term and sustainable development of the event.
