建立一种微波消解辅助浊点萃取-同步荧光法测定海洋沉积物中的3,4-苯并(a)芘的新方法.通过加入TritonX-114,采用浊点萃取法对微波消解后的海洋污泥样品中痕量苯并(a)芘进行浓缩萃取,并结合灵敏的同步荧光法测定其含量.探讨影响苯并(a)芘萃取效果的因素,研究发现:最佳波长差为23 nm 时,苯并(a)芘乙醇溶液在384 nm处有一明显的同步荧光峰,BaP的浓度在0.01-0.2 ppm 范围内与荧光峰强度呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为I=1.35+701.77C(ppm),相关系数为0.9998,方法检出限为2.16 ppb.对照传统的甲苯溶剂超声波萃取法的实验结果,该方法具有线性范围宽、检出限低10倍、操作安全无毒的优点.

A new method synchronous fluorescence for the determination of trace 3 ,4-Benzo (a)pyrene (BaP)in Ocean Sediments was proposed by cloud point extracting which assisted with microwave di-gestion.The cloud point extraction method is adopted for marine sludge sample by using 5%(V/V) tritonX-114 solution with assistance of ultrasound,and the trace benzo(a)pyrene was extracted into nonaqueous phase,combined with the sensitivity of synchronous fluorescence method to measure its content in order to explore influence of benzo(a)pyrene extraction effect factors.The study found that fluorescence spectra BaP alcoholic solution has a strong and sharp synchronous fluorescence peak at 384 nm with optimal △λ=23 nm.The relative fluorescence peak intensity and the concentration of BaP show a good linear relationship in range of 0.01-0.2 ppm,linear equation I=1.35+701.77C(ppm) with the correlation coefficient r=0.999 8,the detection of the melamine limits to 2.16 ppb(3 S/K). Contrast to the experimental results of traditional liquid-liquid extraction method with toluene sol-vent,this method has the advantages of high sensitivity,low detection limit and safe non-toxic operat-ing.
