＂社会技术＂已成为当代技术哲学的前沿话题,它涉及人类社会生活的诸多层面,在现代社会重要性愈益凸显,为此,对之进行文献完备、概括精准、挖掘深入的概念史研究很有必要。社会技术概念大体上经历了以下三个发展阶段：初步提出阶段;明晰界定和应用拓展阶段;在人文社会科学领域广泛确认和专门学科深化阶段。

Social technology has been a frontier topic of contemporary philosophy of technology,involving many aspects of our social life,whose importance is increasing in modern society. An accurate,complete and in-depth study of the history of this concept is very necessary. Roughly speaking,the concept has gone through three stages in its development： the introdurtion of the concept,its clear definition and application,and its wide confirmation in social sciences and its deepening as a specialized discipline.
