农民非农经营的选择在很大程度上决定着农民的经济行为和最终的经济决策，农民是否进行农业劳动在很大程度上也受农民非农经营选择的影响。文章利用CFPS数据进行实证分析，探讨了房产、土地等因素对农民非农经营选择的影响。研究表明，房产因素是农民进行非农经营的一个重要影响因素，特别是农民是否有其他产权的住房能够显著提高农民非农经营选择的概率；农民经营的土地和其拥有的资产等因素对农民非农经营选择也起着极为重要的作用；此外，自然、社会等因素也在一定程度上影响农民非农经营的选择。

Choices for non-farm activities by peasants in China plays a critical role in their eco- nomic behavior and decision-making to a large extent. The extent to which peasants engage in ag- riculture is also affected by their choices for non-farm activities to an important extent. This pa- per discusses the impact of housing property, land and other factors on peasants＇ choices for non -farm activities by using panel data of the Peking University CFPS2010 Dataset. The analysisshows that housing property is significantly correlated with whether peasants engage in non-farm activities. More in particular, whether peasants possess additional housing property significantly increases their choices for non-farm activities. In addition, peasants＇ land and other assets play an important role in decisions on non-farm activities. Lastly, natural and socio-economic factors also influence choices for non-farm activities to some extent.
